Day of Show and Set-up Details

Exhibitors may set up Friday noon- 7pm or Saturday morning starting at 7:30am. All vehicles must be moved from the loading doors by 9am Saturday. Please be set up by 9am Saturday and dismantled by 7pm Sunday. You must be moved out by 8pm Sunday as the Fairgrounds are only rented through that time. Materials that are left in the exhibit hall past 8 pm Sunday are subject to storage fees.


We don't use exhibitor passes. Just have your employees identify themselves at the main door and they will be allowed in.


We request that you staff your booth for the entire show. You must provide adequate insurance against loss to your own personnel and property for the duration of the show. Hamilton County, the Fairgrounds and the Hamilton County Business Magazine will not accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage to your equipment, exhibits or materials. The exhibition hall will be locked both Friday and Saturday nights so your materials will be secure.

Welcome!


The Hamilton County Home and Pet Show will be held Saturday and Sunday, March 18 and 19, 2017 in the Main Exhibition Hall at the Hamilton County 4H Fairgrounds, 2003 Pleasant St. in Noblesville. We are delighted to have you join us for this inaugural event and are looking forward to an exceptional show. The show runs 9-5 on Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday.


Formerly known as the Hamilton County Home Show, which ran for five successful years, we have made two strategic moves designed to increase popularity and attendance.

  • We expanded our focus to include pets, increasing the appeal among more than half of all households.
  • We moved the show date back two months to lessen the effect of the weather on attendance.


We are the most affordable and accessible Home Show in Central Indiana. Our venue is large, well-maintained, convenient and easy to access. Parking is abundant and free.  


We market this show heavily in print (newspapers and magazines), online, on social media, and in less traditional media (calendars, banners, etc.), attracting homeowners and pet owners in the wealthiest and fastest growing county in Indiana.


We consider ourselves your marketing partner. Part of our social media campaign includes highlighting each exhibitor on facebook and Twitter. We encourage you to share these posts with your customers and prospects in an effort to boost attendance.      


We offer two sizes of exhibitor booths: 10 foot deep by 10 foot wide (single) or 10 foot deep by 20 foot wide (double). Our sponsorship package includes a double booth plus thousands of dollars worth of additional exposure for your logo and message. 


If you have special space requirements we will do our best to accommodate you. Electric outlets are limited in number so there is an extra charge for access to electricity. Please let us know as early as possible if you need electricity.


Your booth includes a 6 foot table and two chairs. Extra tables are available for single or double booths at no charge; just let us know how many you need. We don't provide tablecloths so please bring your own if your display requires them. We have a limited number of pipes and drapes available for rent.
